Aywa Runtime controls data collected through aywaruntime.com and app.aywaruntime.com for account, trial, support, billing, security, and product-improvement purposes. Privacy requests can be sent to support@aywaruntime.com.

Privacy at Aywa Runtime.
This notice explains the data used by the public website and the Aywa Runtime cockpit. A customer's self-hosted runtime remains inside customer-controlled infrastructure and is governed by that customer's own deployment and policies.
Account and trial data
When you create an account or trial, we process the details you submit, authentication identifiers, workspace configuration, entitlement and billing state, support messages, and security or operational logs needed to provide and protect the service.
Analytics data
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures pages viewed, session and device information, broad location, acquisition parameters, outbound clicks, sign-up, and successful trial activation. Signed-in users may be assigned an internal pseudonymous user ID. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, provider keys, call audio, transcripts, or prompt content to Google Analytics.
Why we process it
Account and operational data is used to perform the service, secure it, meet legal obligations, and respond to requests. Optional analytics is used only after consent to understand acquisition, improve the funnel, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Cookies and choices
The site stores your analytics choice for up to 12 months. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set measurement cookies. You can decline without losing access to the website or cockpit, and you can clear the choice by deleting cookies for aywaruntime.com.
Recipients and transfers
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, billing, support, and consented analytics. Google may process analytics data outside your country under its applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Analytics event and user-level data is retained for no more than 14 months. Account, contractual, billing, security, and support records are retained only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling, or fraud prevention.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you may withdraw analytics consent. Contact support@aywaruntime.com. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
